14"Fletch Whitlow Collectors Saddle.  Fletch was mentioned by Tandy Leather and noted for his great tooling techniques.  This saddle has semi qtr bars, exceptionally Soft leather, and is a custom made saddle.  Leather and fleece are in good condition and this saddle is 100% usable.   Notice his nice carving techniques on this custo saddle.. he really has some great carving strokes.
